A storied nursery in the heart of the bluegrass
Ashleigh Stud was established in 1958 by Jackie Ward Ramos. During its illustrious 50-year history Ashleigh Stud and its clients have bred, raised, purchased or sold dozens of Group or Graded stakes winning horses (see achievements page).
We invite you to enjoy our site detailing some of the history, facilities and current news at Ashleigh Stud. We offer boarding (year-round or seasonal); sales prepping; consigning at major Kentucky sales; breaking of young racehorses; lay-up; and a USDA-approved quarantine facility for horses shipping internationally.
